Family Commuter Cover Benefit

Benefit provides a lump sum payment in the event of death or permanent injury sustained in a motor accident, or as a fare-paying passenger on any form of public transport.

• P 10, 000 - per nominated dependent child
• P 2, 000 - per child under 16yrs
• Maximum total pay out is P75, 000 per family, per policy.

Total and permanent loss of use of; two hands; or two feet; or two eyes; or one hand and one foot; or one hand and one eye; or one foot and one eye:

• P 25, 000 - Life Assured and/or Spouse
• P 10, 000 - per nominated dependent child
• Maximum total pay out of P75, 000 per family, per policy.

The total and permanent loss of; use of one hand; or one hand; or one foot; or one eye;

• P 12, 500 Life assured and/or spouse;
• P 5, 000 per nominated dependent child
• Family maximum of P37, 500 within a maximum total pay out of P75, 000 per family, per policy.

Premium Calculation

Premium is a flat P25.00 per month.
