How To Renew A Scheme?

Six weeks prior to scheme renewal Botswana Life will send reminder letters to clients through brokers requesting the following information:

• Up to date payroll list
• Employee dates of birth
• The gender of the employees

The client through the broker is then given a period of 30 days to renew their schemes, if not, then they are sent a letter informing them that they are off risk.
