Khumo 2016

After thirty seven years of independence, Botswana has taken stock of its past aspirations and great achievements and with the creation of Vision 2016, Botswana is laying down a solid foundation for an even greater future.

Khumo 2016 is available in two options, the bundled product and the pure investment product.

The bundled Khumo 2016 is made up of the following elements:

• Investment contribution
• A 5% annual premium escalation to provide for inflation and growth. A 10% escalation is also available
• A waiver of premium in the event of occupational disability to keep Khumo 2016 going until maturity in 2016
• Life cover of P25, 000
• Family Funeral Benefit (immediate family only)
• Accidental Death Benefit of P25, 000.

The pure investment product is an endowment type product that will mature in the year 2016. The pure investment product has a waiver of premium on death of payor attached.
