You can make an amendment when there has been a change in your life, changes such as those indicated under Life Events section. An amendement can only be made in writing by the policy owner.

Covered persons can be deleted when:
• they reach the maximum age for the benefit
• when there is a divorce
• When the policy owner decides to terminate.
N.B Once a benefit has been deleted it cannot be added for the second time. |

• Applies to policies which are inactive as a result of non-payment of premiums.
• Inactive status should be within the 11 month period
